Jeremiah has done at least ten projects for us in the past 15 years at 3 different homes. Largest ones have been in the past 5 years at our forever home. Kitchen remodel, master bath, guest bath, wainscoting, beams, etc. Pricing is competitive but more important to us is the professionalism

Jeremiah and his associate Randy did an amazing job replacing a tub with an adapted shower at our new home. As an individual with Cerebral Palsy, I have specific requirements which are necessary to make showering a safe, enjoyable and stress free experience. Jeremiah listened very carefully and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met and the entire shower exuded an elegant, elevated modern aesthetic. The shower is a joy to use, everything can be easily operated and reached. Nothing about the shower appears clinical. Everything about the shower has exceeded my most lofty expectations. I've used many adapted showers in my lifetime at hotels, hospitals and beyond. Never have I enjoyed one which so fully met my functional needs while still making me feel as though I was in a luxurious resort not a medical facility. As other reviewers have mentioned, beyond the quality work, they both arrived promptly when scheduled and moved swiftly through the project while maintaining a clean work environment. The glass shower door installation was subcontracted to another company. Due in part to a holiday, the glass door installation took longer than expected after the rest of the shower tile and fixture work was completed. The shower door also required additional adjustments to open and close correctly. This necessitated a return trip from the shower door installers. The door now opens and closes very easily and smoothly. I would highly recommend Jeremiah, his affable and knowledgeable associate Randy, and San Tan Remodeling for any other similar bathroom jobs requiring special attention to detail and care.
We could not be any happier than we are with the work that Jeremiah and Randy did for us. We had them take our shower and tub out and put in a walk-in shower that covered both of those areas. The work they did was immaculate and very professional. Jeremiah said it would take two weeks and they were done in that time. They showed up every day and worked until they were done. Very pleasant to talk with and make decisions if we needed to change anything. The best team we have ever worked with when it comes to construction projects. We have some kitchen work that needs to be done and San Tan Remodeling (Jeremiah) is who we will be calling. Highly recommend Jeremiah and San Tan Remodeling!

We could not be happier with the job that Jeremiah and Bret did on our full bath remodel. Fair price, quality work, creative, experienced craftsmen. Took only 2 weeks just like he said they would. They were here every single day, all day, super organized, and completely cleaned up each afternoon. Having been in the construction business myself my entire career, I know how it works and these guys were awesome!
